Kitten needed help and this did the job!
Got for a little white kitten I rescued, she had digestive issues that cause constipation and every other thing I tried either did nothing or did very little, I was beginning to worry so I brought her back to the Vet and they gave her an enema and it did work but she HATED IT! It was so hard to watch and hear but it did work but only for the next few days before she couldn't us the bathroom again I new she would probably have to go back and get an enema again but I didn't want to put her through that again if I didn't have to so I talked to my vet and they told me to try this and if this doesn't work within 24/48 hours to come back in, so I got this and... IT WORKED! like some of the other reviews on here she didn't want to eat it on her own but instead of putting it on her paw to lick I just put a VERY small amount on my finger and put it on her gums, she ate it and soon she was using the bathroom. I only have to give it to her 2 other time the next following week and now over a month or so later she's doing PERFECT! she doesn't need anything for constipation anymore she's a happy healthy kitten now and Loves to play with her toys and New brother. The only thing is now I have a basicly Full tub of this stuff with no need for it anymore but I guess I have it if I ever need it again.

5.0 out of 5 stars Very Good Product
Reviewed in the United States on September 1, 2017
So, my ragdoll cat has been puking up hairballs off and on over the last few months. Over time, it became more frequent and now has become a daily occurrence. And of course, since all cats seem to manage to hold in their pukes until they can reach the carpet, they also leave those horrible puke stains that, for the life of me, can't get out of the carpet. I finally found this Cat Lax 2 and hoped for the best. The package was delivered on a Sunday, which was awesome. I love when our deliveries are not delayed by the weekend. I gave my cat the recommended dosage first by putting some on my finder and letting him smell it. He wouldn't go for it. The instructions say that if your cat won't take it, to put some on their paw so they can lick it off. I tried that but it looked like he was going to take off and leave tracks all over the house. So I had to wipe it off his paw and instead I just put some directly in the back of his mouth. The first day, he puked. I gave it to him again the next day...he puked. BUT, by the third day, he stopped puking. I gave him a dose daily for the first 5 days. After that, I've been giving it to him every couple of days. It's been a couple of weeks now and he hasn't coughed up any hairballs! He's not thrilled with the taste of it, meaning he won't take it on his own, but it isn't hard for me to give it to him and only takes a second. All in all, I'm very happy with this product and recommend it if your cat is having problems with hairballs. Here is a picture of my cat.
